Joseph Phillips to Speak at Wabash

Joseph C. PhillipsWe are pleased to announce that on October 29, the Wabash Conservative Union will host Mr. Joseph C. Phillips for a public lecture on his memoirs entitled “He Talk Like a White Boy.”

Well-known for his role as Martin Kendall on the hit television series, The Cosby Show, Phillips has also had a long career in the political arena. He is the author of a weekly syndicated column and has served as a political commentator on various different television forums. In 2004, Mr. Phillips was the national Co-Chair of the African American Steering Committee for the Bush/Cheney campaign. He has been named a member of the African American Advisory Board by the Republican National Committee and appointed to the state board of directors of the California African American Museum by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
