The Struggle for the Courts

Mr. Curt Levey, Executive Director of the Committee for Justice, presented a lecture on April 23 titled “The Struggle for the Courts: An Insider’s View”. During his presentation, Levey described the nature of his work and speculated on the future of the Supreme Court, especially considering the strong likelihood that President Obama will have the opportunity to nominate at least one member to the Court.
